Prince Harry and William 'urged' Charles not to marry Camilla

Prince Harry shockingly reveals that both he and Prince William urged King Charles not to marry Camilla Parker Bowles – the mistress his father cheated on his mother with for years.

Harry, 38, has never before spoken about his stepmother, the new queen consort, but he breaks his silence in his new memoir, “Spare”, released on Tuesday.

But in the autobiography, he spares no detail in revealing how he and William are the product of the “three” of marriage: Princess Diana, King Charles and Camilla.

In an infamous BBC interview in 1995, Diana said, “There were three of us at this wedding, so it was a bit crowded.”

Sources also tell Page Six that Harry goes into detail in the book about drug use and teenage shenanigans. He was spotted naked during a wild night out in Las Vegas in 2012.

Speaking of his father’s marriage to longtime love Camilla in April 2005, in a segment of “Spare” seen by Page Six, Harry writes: “Although Willy and I insisted that he not, Dad was going ahead. We shake hands with him, wish him luck. No hard feelings.

“We recognized that he was finally going to be with the woman he loved, the woman he had always loved.

“Fate may have planned for him in the first place. Whatever bitterness or sadness we felt at the closing of another cycle in Mom’s story, we understood that this was beside the point.

Sources previously told Page Six that Harry is not a big fan of Camilla, with whom Charles allegedly renewed an affair in 1986, 10 years before he divorced Diana.

In the book, he writes, “I remember wondering … if she would be cruel to me; if she was like all the evil stepmothers in the stories.” He added: “Willy had been suspicious of the Other Woman for a long time, which confused and tormented him. When these suspicions were confirmed, he felt agonizing remorse for not having done or said anything sooner.”

After the death of Harry’s beloved grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, in September, it would have been his duty to bow to Camilla and bow to his father.

A high-ranking royal source says that while William has grown used to Camilla, Harry will never fully accept her.

When Charles and Camilla got married, the couple said that she would not use the title Diana, Princess of Wales.

However, before her death, Queen Elizabeth gave Camilla her blessing, saying: “When, in the fullness of time, my son Charles becomes King, I know you will give him and his wife Camilla the same support you would. gave me; and it is my earnest wish that, when the time comes, Camilla will be known as Queen Consort as she continues her own loyal service.

Asked about Prince William and Harry’s thoughts on Camilla, former Vanity Fair editor Tina Brown recently told the Telegraph: “William has accepted Camilla in terms of what she means to his father. He’s grown up about it. ‘My father loves this woman, I can’t fight it, so I won’t.’ Harry on the other hand can’t stand Camilla, he doesn’t want Camilla to be queen, he’s very angry about what’s going on. He hasn’t made peace with it and probably never will.
