Where is Kanye West?

There are wild rumors that the artist now known as Ye is “missing” – as his former business manager tries to serve him with a $4.5 million lawsuit, reports The US Sun.

thomas st. John, who is suing the erratic “Gold Digger” rapper and his company Yeezy over alleged unpaid fees, told a court that he, too, was unable to find a suitable address for Ye.

Rumors about the whereabouts of the 45-year-old mogul began to spread after a tweet sent out by the Daily Loud, which wrote: “Kanye West is missing and unable to find him. [sic] for weeks according to his former business manager.”

According to documents obtained by the news agency, St. John on December 19 requested an extension until the end of March to meet the action.

The former business manager was also unable to reach Ye’s legal team.

“We were made aware of a new law firm for defendants, but not a specific point of contact,” states the court filing cited by The US Sun.

“Subsequently, we learned information in the news that the law firm identified as new counsel was not affiliated with the defendants. Consequently, we were unable to serve the defendants through their attorneys,” the document reads.

“Overall, we’ve had a hard time confirming Kanye West’s current best address,” he continues.

“For Mr. West, despite our diligent efforts, we have been unable to determine your current home address and therefore have not yet made attempts to personally serve you. Instead, we try to serve you by mail at several possible addresses”, adds the document, according to the vehicle.

St. John unsuccessfully tried to service the rapper at his California homes in Hidden Hills, Malibu and Calabasas, reports The US Sun, citing the documents.

“We will continue to make diligent and reasonable attempts to serve the defendants,” including hiring “appropriate agencies” to help track down the elusive artist.

St. John claims he wasn’t paid for the guaranteed 18-month period working for Ye, even though he only worked for three months and was supposed to be paid $300,000 for each of those, according to the report.

In January 2022, Ye reportedly got “hot and aggressive” and “screamed” at St. John, saying he no longer wanted to work with him, asserts the complaint.

“When confronted with the 18-month commitment that had just been made, Mr. West uttered words like ‘The 18-month deadline was bull – and ‘You’re crazy to think I would stick to it’” the lawsuit alleges.

Neither Kanye nor his representative responded to the agency’s request for comment on the legal process.

Ye was last seen publicly on Dec. 18, when he was spotted taking two of his children to church, according to The US Sun.

The rapper has been embroiled in controversy lately for unleashing bizarre anti-Semitic rant on social media. He also praised Adolf Hitler during an unhinged appearance with Infowars host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.

“I also see good things about Hitler, every human being has value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler,” he said.

Recent negative publicity has cost it lucrative partnerships with big brands, including Adidas and Gap.

German sportswear maker Adidas severed ties with Ye last month.

Gap, another corporate partner that sold Ye’s clothing line, also dropped him.

Ye’s terminated partnerships have reduced his net worth from about $2 billion to $400 million, according to Forbes.
